Manor Hall Academy Trust is a growing multi-academy trust comprised of 16 schools, working across two regions and six Local Authorities, but all within an efficient geographical footprint.
The distinctive feature of our Trust is that its existence was formed between special schools, working together with the same ethos, values, vision and aspirations.
Upon these solid foundations, the Trust is now presented with an opportunity to make a further difference to the lives of so many vulnerable children. Manor Hall Academy Trust is outward looking. We believe we have a responsibility to all pupils, not just those in our immediate care. Our schools work pro-actively in their localities with many mainstream schools, within the continuum of inclusion.
Mutual respect, the sharing of good practice and expertise, with high expectations, run through all aspects of our practice. We strive to achieve a culture where the balance of support and challenge facilitates the pursuit of determined school improvement and the provision of excellent education.
Children and their families are at the heart of everything we do. Transforming the life chances of children through an ethos of learning, achieving and caring is our mantra. All academies in the Trust strive to provide a learning environment where pupils can make the best possible progress in all aspects of their lives. This is achieved through a relevant and engaging curriculum, high expectations of all stakeholders and a relentless pursuit of improvement.
We recognise that historic boundaries are gradually disappearing and we are beginning to work with schools and Local Authorities across a larger area, whilst being mindful that our footprint still enables the sharing of resources. This includes Free School provision to meet emergent need. The growth of The Manor Hall Academy Trust is to the benefit of the individual schools and most importantly, pupils and their families.
